A Hillside Gardens wedding includes use of the venue’s four acre event space, which is located in the heart of Colorado Springs. The beautiful venue has a rich history, as it started as a dairy farm in the early 1900s. It soon became a beloved venue where couples’ say “We DO!” and Wedding ceremonies take place against a panoramic backdrop of the Front Range and Pikes Peak, all while being surrounded by an enchanted garden. Think lots of green, in every hue, accented with flowers in a multitude of colors. Sounds divine… right? Wedding packages also include use of the ceremony site with bench seating, the Pavilion for your reception.
In addition, you can get ready or touch in privacy with use of the bridal cottage and groom’s room. To make your life easier, Hillside Gardens also sets up and tears down tables and chairs for up to 150 people. In addition, the venue offers several other unique spaces including art installations, fountains, and archways (which also so happen to create perfect and romantic photo spots!)
Interested in having a bar for your guests? A Hillside Gardens wedding has the option of a full bar including: local beers, wines and craft cocktails. Bar setup as well as two bartenders is included. They even have an in house sommelier who can help you with wine and food pairings! In an effort to stick to their mission of creating art out of repurposed items, the bar isn’t just any old bar… it’s an upcycled truck. How cool and unique is that? If you’re looking for a different cocktail hour space, they also have a green house that can function as a bar!
