It’s late September in Colorado Springs at the beautiful and rustic Younger Ranch Wedding Venue. The grass is just starting to fade for the year, and green blades are intertwined with their golden counter parts. The sun is still warm on your back, but soon it will dip behind Pikes Peak. Afterwards, a refreshing and cool breeze caresses your cheek. 25 miles of unobstructed mountain views are to the west, and towering pines to the east provide the most natural form of epic decoration… sounds pretty amazing right?
Welcome to the Younger Ranch wedding venue in Colorado Springs, CO!
A Younger Ranch Wedding is perfect for the couple looking for rustic charm, as well as those who appreciate Colorado’s wide, open, blue skies. It’s also a working cattle farm, (and if you notify the venue in advance) you can even have some bonus bovine guests within view!
The bridal barn is 100+ years old (how neat is that?) and features a quaint area for the bride and her girls to get around, as well as restrooms for the guys and girls. Think that’s cool? Up the hill, the guys have a literal TIPI to get ready in, and plenty of room for their pre-wedding shenanigans. Whiskey anyone?
An open air pavilion is the perfect place for cocktail hour or dancing. It even has a hanging chandelier! I personally love the juxtaposition of modern class amongst the historic wooden beams.
The main barn is multipurpose, and while it can be used as a dining or reception area (in the case of inclement weather) the hanging ceiling drapes and sliding barn doors make for a beautiful ceremony space! If the crazy Colorado weather cooperates, the Ranch’s standard ceremony space is also stunning, and the mountains are centered perfectly in the background for your ceremony.
Younger Ranch offers All-Inclusive and Exclusive packages, and according to their website, you can even BRING YOUR DOGGO.
I recently had the pleasure of chatting with one of Younger Ranch’s owners, Gina. Hear from her yourselves about some of the unique features of having your wedding at Younger Ranch!

I’m grateful that I was able to spend this beautiful September day at Younger Ranch with my awesome couple – Jess and Ben. I may have been 37 weeks pregnant, but we had some fun!
While some significant wind and impending storms altered their original plans for their ceremony space, their heartfelt and emotional ceremony felt perfectly placed within the main barn. Following their ceremony, they celebrated with some delicious barbecue, Chantilly cake (if you know, you know,) polaroids, an open bar, and some truly epic swing dancing.
Enjoy the photos below from their wedding day!
Thank you Jess and Ben for the honor of photographing your Colorado Springs Younger Ranch Wedding!
